Getting started
Welcome. On this page you set up your organization and your team: ten minutes, once.
Creating the organization
At sign-up you choose a name, a country and, if you are already registered as a UAS operator, your operator code (in Italy it is issued by d-flight). The country sets the time zone and the geographical-zone source by itself; the organization's language is the one you signed up in and governs the panel, emails and PDFs. Everything can be changed later from the organization profile.
Every new organization receives 60 welcome live minutes, one-time: enough to try the live room before choosing a plan.
Inviting the team
From Team you invite colleagues by email with one of these roles:
- Owner — everything, including billing. There is always at least one Owner.
- Admin — full operational management, without billing.
- Pilot — sees and works on missions, checklists, logbook and broadcasting.
- Viewer — read-only.
The invite is valid for 7 days and counts against your plan's user limit. Whoever receives it creates a password (or links up with their existing account).
Signing in
You sign in with email and password or with the magic link (from /magic: you receive a single-use link by email, no password). Two-step verification (2FA) is optional and is enabled from your own profile with any authenticator app.
Your brand
From the organization profile you upload a logo and a color: they appear on the delivery portal, on PDFs, on the event page and in the field app your operators install — which will carry your name and your icon, not ours.
The dashboard
The first screen sums up what matters: the expiry board (certificates, insurance, calibrations), upcoming missions with their weather traffic-light, battery health, live channels. If the organization is empty, the dashboard guides you through the 4 initial steps.
Where to start
The order that works: 1) add your drones and batteries (Fleet section), 2) upload the pilots' certificates, 3) create your first mission. From there on, the logbook fills itself in.
