Plugin for DJI Pilot 2
Before take-off the crew opens Dronetrake in a Pilot window, ticks the mission items and signs. The signed checklist goes into the mission file with the author, the time and the timestamp: a qualified eIDAS timestamp when the mission requires it.
The items come from the checklist prepared in Dronetrake: nothing to copy onto the controller. The pilot sees the missions from yesterday to tomorrow in which they are part of the crew.
Items the system can verify fill themselves in and cannot be ticked by hand. If a check fails, the item can only be ticked by writing the reason, which stays in the record.
The checklist can only be signed when it is complete. The signature goes into the mission file with who signed and when.
When the organisation asks for the mission to hold up before third parties (an insurer, an authority, a court), the signed checklist gets a qualified eIDAS timestamp from FNMT, the Spanish Royal Mint, a provider on the EU Trusted List.
In every case each signed checklist goes into an evidence chain: each entry contains the fingerprint of the previous one, so none can be changed without it showing, and every night the head of the chain is sealed with an RFC 3161 timestamp. A checklist is covered by the first seal after it is signed.
In the pre-flight check Dronetrake shows the NOTAMs in force over the mission area, next to UAS geographical zones and military ranges: the checklist is signed knowing what is in the airspace.
