Event live streams

Show your event to the people who can't be there

The grandmother who no longer travels, relatives abroad, the town that is at work, the councillor who is away. An operator near you brings the cameras and opens the stream; you get a link to pass on to whoever you like.

What a live stream looks like

Several cameras, one gallery

The drone if it is needed, cameras on the ground, body-worn cameras on the people moving through the crowd: they all come into the same room. Whoever is directing picks what goes out and changes it as it runs.

One link, and the absent are present

You get an address to send on WhatsApp, by email or through the committee's channels. Whoever opens it just watches: no app to install, no sign-up, and no limit on how many.

And it stays afterwards

The recording and the images stay with whoever organised the event. For a public ceremony, or an event someone will have to account for, the date of that footage can be backed by an independent third party — not by our word.

First we tell you whether flying is allowed there

If the event involves shots from above, the place has to be checked against the flight zones: a historic centre, an airport nearby or a protected area change what is required and sometimes rule it out. We check the address you give us and send you the outcome along with the request — so you both know before talking money.

Who answers

The work is done by a professional operator near you, not by us: Dronetrake is the platform they work with. Your request reaches them, and it is with them that you discuss dates and price.

Tell us about your event

A few questions, the ones that actually make a sensible quote possible. If you do not know something yet, leave it blank: it sorts itself out over the phone.

1 — Where

2 — The event

Roughly is fine: “Saturday 12 September, from 5pm”, “the first weekend of October”.

A rough figure is fine. It tells us the scale, not the bill: you do not pay per viewer.

“I don't know” is a legitimate answer, and the one we are best at answering.

3 — About you

Optional, but on a survey you settle more in three minutes on the phone than in three emails.

Your details are used to answer your request. If you authorise forwarding, they are shared with reachable operators in your area. No other use, no sale to third parties.

Are you an operator who landed here?

The live stream is a package you resell, on the same platform you already fly with — and for the organiser it is a service almost nobody in the area offers them. Requests from this page go to operators who have declared where they work.
