Manual — ULTRA room
The ULTRA Room
This manual covers only what changes when several organisations work together. Everything else — channels, bodycams, the room, Replay, orders — works as in the main manual, which remains the reference for the basics.
What it is
The ULTRA Room is an operations room shared between organisations: a lead structure (the municipality, the district coordination body) watches live, inside its own room, the channels of the linked structures — the associations and organisations that have joined — during joint operations.
The rule that holds everything together: every organisation remains the owner of its own data. Sharing covers the live feed, within a declared window; archives, recordings and Replay stay with the organisation that filmed.
Where it lives
In the panel, the ULTRA room cluster gathers Joint operations and Linked structure. It appears only to those entitled to it: organisations on the ULTRA package and those with an active link or invitation. If you cannot see it, your organisation is not (yet) part of an ULTRA network.
The two roles
- Lead — subscribes to the package, invites the organisations, opens the joint operations, and has the room that sees everyone.
- Participant — uses its own Dronetrake as always; during a joint operation its channels also appear in the lead's room, tagged with the organisation's name. Joining does not require a paid plan.
