Flight schools
The schools programme puts your school inside the tool your students will use as professionals: your logo in their workspace, a code to enrol them, tasks with a file of facts, and the attestation on the chain. For the school it is the School plan or higher; student accounts are free.
Switching the programme on
In the organisation profile, section Flight school, switch on "We are a flight school" and choose your school code (for example skyacademy-london). The code admits students only while the programme is on: a school on the free plan has the qualification, not the door. Upload your logo under Your brand: that is what students will see.
Students
Each student signs up for free with your code, or links to the school from their profile. Their workspace stays theirs: co-branding only changes the logo and the name, you do not enter their data. With the code of a school whose programme is on, the student receives a welcome hour of live streaming (60 minutes, one-off, on a verified phone number); whoever joins after signing up receives the difference. From the profile you see how many students are linked.
Tasks
From the School → Tasks cluster you assign a task to a student: zone (point and radius), minimum and maximum altitude, manoeuvres, deadline, and the preparation proofs you require. A task is a proposal: the student accepts or declines it. On acceptance the mission is created in their workspace, and from then on you see the facts of that task only.
There are eight proofs, and they are timestamped facts, never judgements:
- Zone checked on /fly — the check of the task zone, with outcome and time.
- METAR read — the bulletin frozen when the checklist is signed, or on delivery.
- Checklist signed — who signed, when, in which phase.
- Briefing / operation order authorised — the mission's operation order, authorised.
- NOTAMs attached — the NOTAMs uploaded to the mission, with fingerprint and time.
- Flight track — the mission's flights read from telemetry: points inside the zone, altitudes, points out of altitude.
- Live stream followed by the school — the student's live sessions within the task window; see below.
- Flight recording, marked — the recordings of the sessions within the task window are born as evidence: fingerprint, chain and seal, never deletable; the storage weighs on whoever pays for the live stream.
The live stream followed by the school
If the task asks for the live proof, by accepting it the student opens the live stream of their channel to you while the task is open. You do not enter their organisation: you receive a viewer link tied to the task, shown on the task page, and an email notice when the student goes live. If the student has no channel yet, one is prepared for them. The live sessions within the task window — when, how long, on which channel — become facts. On delivery, withdrawal or detachment from the school the link switches off by itself.
Inside the task the live minutes are taken from the school's monthly hours, while it has any; if the school is at zero, from the student's minutes (the welcome hour, their plan). Outside the task the student always pays.
Viewer controls (School and ULTRA plans): in the task the school decides whether, on the live link, it can pause, go back 30 seconds — repeatedly — and download the clip as an MP4. The school decides, not the student.
File and attestation
The task page shows the file: proofs satisfied out of proofs required, and every fact with its time. The student delivers when the mission is completed; on delivery the attestation is created on the school's chain, with the fingerprint of the whole file, covered by the nightly seal. Anyone can verify it with the QR code, without an account. The judgement on the student stays with the instructor: the platform records the facts.
Withdrawal and detachment
The student can withdraw consent to an accepted task: the school no longer sees that task, the mission stays with the student. If the student detaches from the school, or the school detaches them, open tasks are closed; completed ones remain readable to the school, they are its teaching material.
