This notice describes how we process personal data collected through the Dronetrake waitlist, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

When you join the waitlist we collect: email address (required), name (optional), business sector (optional), the message you choose to leave us (optional), your browsing language and your IP address at signup time (to prevent abuse).
We use this data exclusively to manage the waitlist and send you updates about the Dronetrake launch (legal basis: consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and to prevent abusive or automated signups (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR). No profiling, no sharing with third parties, no use for other purposes.
We keep waitlist data until the product launches or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed.
Data is hosted on infrastructure within the European Union. It is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
At any time you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@dronetrake.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
This site only uses a technical session cookie, required for the signup form to work (CSRF protection and language preference). No profiling or third-party cookies.
