Linked structures

There are two ways to bring an organisation into the room: the invitation for a single operation, and the linked structure. The first asks for consent every time; the second asks for it once.

The invitation, operation by operation

Every organisation has an organisation code in its own profile. To invite, the lead asks for that code and types it into Invite an organisation inside the joint operation: the invitation appears in the organisation's panel, and the organisation decides with Join.

The rule is sharp, and the panel says it in its own words: until it joins, the room sees nothing of its own — an invitation is not a consent. Whoever joins decides what to share, and can withdraw at any moment: on withdrawal, its tiles and its dots disappear from the room, instantly.

The linked structure

For organisations that work with the lead on a standing basis — local police, wardens, local branches — there is the Linked structure: the organisation receives the invitation and chooses Join the structure. Consent is given once, on joining: from then on the lead can activate it directly in its operations, with no code and no waiting.

In every operation, the Activate my structure button brings in all the organisations of the structure in one gesture, with colour and call signs already set.

Here too, leaving is a right, not a negotiation: the organisation can leave the structure whenever it wants — from that moment the lead goes back to inviting it operation by operation. Whatever was recorded before stays where it was: in the archives of whoever filmed.
