Create your accountSign up as a flight school
Create your organisation and switch on “We are a flight school”. Then choose a school code — an easy handle you'll hand to your students (e.g. skyacademy-london). If you arrive from the Start the free trial button on our schools page, the toggle is already on for you.
Your brandUpload your logo
In your organisation profile, open the Your brand section and upload your school's logo. This is the logo students see across their co-branded workspace — without it, they'd see your school's name but our default mark.
Share itFind your code & watch students link up
Your code lives under your organisation profile → Flight school, so you can copy it any time. Share it by email, in class, or on your enrolment page. The Linked students counter shows how many accounts are riding on your brand.

Each student creates a free account and enters your code in the “School code” field — no card, no cost. Their workspace is their own; the code simply attaches it to your school.
The resultThey fly under your brand
From then on, every student's panel carries your logo and name. To them, Dronetrake looks like the school's own tool — while each student's flight data stays private to them.
Good to know
- What is free and what is not — student accounts cost nothing; the schools programme (co-branding, code, tasks, attestations, more instructors and training drones) is the School plan, a subscription with a free trial. Every student who signs up with your code receives a welcome hour of live streaming.
- Data stays private — each student has their own isolated space; you don't see inside their accounts.
- Not a reseller deal — billing, support and updates stay with Dronetrake. Nothing to manage.
- Grow when you want — for full live streaming and advanced modules, just move to a higher plan. Viewer controls — pause, −30 s, download — are already in the School plan.
- Tasks are a separate consent — co-branding passes only the brand; the student file starts when the student accepts the task, and shows you the facts of that task only. If the task asks for the "live" proof, the student opens their live stream to you while the task is open.
