Footage, recordings and logs on encrypted European infrastructure. GDPR by design: configurable retention and certified erasure.

A public page of your own, that clients can check

Your flight hours and where they come from, the jobs published by whoever commissioned them, and your certificates for as long as they are valid — with the Dronetrake Badge, which switches off by itself the day they expire. It comes with the account, and clients write to you from there.

With a qualified timestamp, the burden flips

A qualified timestamp comes from a provider listed on the European trusted lists. From that moment, under Article 41 of the eIDAS Regulation, the date enjoys a legal presumption: it is not for you to prove it is true, it is for whoever disputes it to prove it is false.

Two levels, and the difference is not cosmetic

An ordinary timestamp fixes the date of your logbook with an independent authority, and it serves you. A qualified one comes from a provider on the European Trusted List, and it holds outside too: before a client, an expert witness, a judge. Where the provider is not listed we say so, because calling it “qualified” would be false.

Then take it to your insurer

A tamper-evident flight log dated by an independent third party is a concrete argument in front of a broker: same cover, terms worth renegotiating. It is the rare case where compliance gives you something back instead of only costing you.
