This notice describes the data processed by the "Dronetrake Sync" Android app, which uploads DJI drone flight records into your organization's logbook on Dronetrake, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
Bluix Group LTD. For any request about your data, write to privacy@dronetrake.com.
The app processes: the email and password of your Dronetrake account, used only to obtain an access token (the password is not kept by our servers; if you enable "Remember credentials" it is stored encrypted on your device only); the organization token; the flight records you choose to sync, which contain flight date and duration, track and GPS coordinates, altitudes, speeds, battery data and the serial numbers of the aircraft and remote controller. The app does not request device location permissions and collects nothing on its own: it only uploads what you choose.
One purpose only: creating the flights, with their telemetry, in the logbook of the organization you choose on Dronetrake (legal basis: performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR). No advertising, no profiling, no transfer to third parties.
Uploaded records are processed on Dronetrake servers, on infrastructure within the European Union.
Imported flights stay in the logbook according to your organization's retention settings, until they are deleted from the panel. On the device the app keeps only its configuration (and your credentials, if you asked for that): everything is wiped by signing out or uninstalling the app.
You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to privacy@dronetrake.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
The app contains no advertising, no tracking SDKs and no third-party analytics, and communicates exclusively with the Dronetrake server, over TLS.
