Dronetrake vs Airdata UAV

Two tools for two jobs. Dronetrake is the European operator's working platform: your flight data plus everything you invoice around it. Verified against public pages on 17 July 2026.

Dronetrake is for you if:

You invoice your flights — quotes, signed contracts and EU e-invoicing (FatturaPA, Facturae, Factur-X, XRechnung) next to the data, not in another app.
You operate under EASA and need 3 years of records — EU Reg. 2019/947 requires them; the Dronetrake logbook is append-only with a hash-chain and keeps them on every plan, free included. Airdata stops at 6–24 months.
You stream live and don't want to count viewers — flat streaming in every plan, unlimited viewers, public events over HLS.
You want logs to arrive on their own — from the phone (sync of DJI/Litchi/Airdata CSV, European semicolon exports included) or from DJI hardware over the Cloud API (connector ready, being switched on).
You work in Europe — ED-269 zones for 14 countries, 6 languages, EU hosting, national e-invoicing.

It's not for you if you only need a synced archive and don't invoice: there, Airdata's auto-sync is more mature.

Bring your history over from Airdata: export your flights as CSV and load them from the phone — GPS track, altitudes, battery cells and duration enter the tamper-evident logbook, European semicolon exports included. If it's not for you, you go back: your data stays yours.
